Enjoy a personally curated flight of Defiance wines in a relaxed, unhurried setting overlooking the rolling hills and vines, with seasonal touches from our vineyard kitchen.

Defiance Events

Gather with us throughout the year for winemaker dinners, release celebrations, member gatherings, and other special experiences. Hosted at Defiance Vineyard and in Pasadena, each occasion brings our wines, family, and community together.
