2025 Sanctum

Sanctum, inspired by the French Bordeaux Blanc, is a beautifully layered blend, bringing both brightness and texture. Aromas of floral tropical notes lead into a palate that is bright yet creamy, with hints of vanilla, minerality, and fresh cut grass. Its bright, floral flavors are elegantly juxtaposed against a rich depth, creating a wine of remarkable balance.
